What is a Colotest?
The Colotest is a laboratory test (*) that is performed on a stool sample. It detects very small amounts of blood, invisible to the naked eye. The test must be carried out every two years starting from the age of 50. The Colotest is simple and easy to perform. You send your Colotest to the laboratory and receive the results 2 weeks later. Your treating physician also receives the results.
The Colotest is free. It is available at your pharmacy.
